Marc's presentation of the 5 steps of retaining employees showed me new ideas and great ways to keep my employees. The session was filled with great pizza examples for orientation and retention that I can go back and use today. The humor and real practical ideas will help me select and retain the best employees for my business.
A very interesting session which provided answers to questions with practical solutions to the problems in business. A combination of practical ideas, and great insight brought out the best in showing participants how to fix small problems of orientation of new employees before they become unfixable.
